We've worked with a range of clients across a variety of industries. A sampling of our work is below. For a full client list please click here.
Runner's World
Runner's World is the oldest running magazine in the country, but they decided it was time for an update. The magazine was getting a whole new, younger look, and the company thought it was a good time to redo the website as well. The RW web site was suffering from an overabundance of content and navigation. There were articles everywhere, and, without a consistent navigation scheme, the site architects had been required to add lots of links to make sure users could get to these articles. For RW we conducted a full-scale IA engagment, begining with use cases and a content audit, and ending with the development of a brand new IA and new site schematics.
The redesigned Runner's World site recently won an Outstanding Website WebAward in the 2004 WebAward Competition.

Y&R (Young and Rubicam Advertising)
Y&R Advertising recently underwent a massive rebranding effort, and needed to revise their website as well. In reveiwing the site goals, we helped Y&R focus their efforts on specific user groups (prospective clients and prospective employees), and develop content and functionality accordingly.

AOL
The AOL service has been expanding continuously since it was first launched several years ago. As a result, there are no set templates or navigational structure. We conducted a functionality audit of the customer education section of the AOL service and developped the Information Archtecture for several new templates for that section, with an eye toward ultimately expanding the templates into the entire service.
Ribbon of Pink
A Novartis-sponsored community website on breast cancer, Ribbon of Pink was developed as a community resource for women in the final stages of breast cancer treatment. The Information Architecture provided a method of navigating the site via either specific-content needs or stage in the journey.
